1. Agreement to Terms: By accessing natural-expressionsinc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Specialized Services (Testing & Slicing):

• Risk of Loss: Customers submitting items for cutting, crushing, or testing do so at their own risk. We are not liable for damage or alteration of specimens during these services.
• Meteorite Testing: Our testing is preliminary and non-certified. We assume no liability for decisions made based on our assessments.

3. Orders and Payments:

• Minimum Order: A $50 minimum applies to all off-site purchases. No minimum is required for in-store purchases.
• Final Sales: All sales are final. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
• Tax: A 9% sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid wholesale certificate is provided.

4. Shipping and Handling: 

• A $6 handling fee is applied to online and telephone orders.
• Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• We ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. Current rates are: 
  • Small: $12
  • Medium: $20
  • Large: $25
• Custom shipping options are available for larger or specialized items. Please contact us for details.
• Returns: A 10% handling fee and a 10% restocking fee apply to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  In the event of a lost, damaged, or compromised package, please provide supporting documentation (such as photographs or tracking information) for resolution.  We understand that sometimes colors or project needs change. For exchanges, please note that you'll be responsible for return shipping and any associated cost differences. 

5. Limitation of LiabilityNatural Expressions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
